We have joined the efforts to help New Jersey small businesses get online through the partnership of the Small Business Development Centers and Google’s Get Your Business Online program. After several seminars delivered at The College of New Jersey, we are planning a series of hands-on workshops in Spanish and English during 2014 that will certainly put more businesses on the cyberspace map.
Why is this important? Because 60% of businesses are not yet online. This will impact their future growth because four out of five internet users search for local products and services. At Starfish*Global our motto is to facilitate growth through technology, we offer website development and hosting, but we understand the need to find ways to achieve this on a budget. This Do-It-Yourself workshops are free, offer training on how to use free tools, and you get a domain name and web hosting free for one year.
