In a recent study by Social Lens Research and MocoSpace, Millennials seem to be responsive to several incentives such as personalized deals, contests, localized content and optimized mobile experiences.There are opportunities identified by the study, allowing businesses an insight into the expectations of this segment of the populations.
The challenge is how to create ads that are relevant, informative, simple and user friendly. One way to develop appealing offers is to bring your content to a focus group before you spend on a campaign that may very well be a shot in the dark. Get ready for a very demanding customer, 64% say none of the mobile ads they see usually are relevant or useful -the study reveals- and only 9% feel that companies offer a great experience once they click on an ad.
