As founder and CEO of Starfish*Global, Reina brings over 30 years of professional experience in legal services, human resources, change management, technology implementation, strategy development, and operational improvement services. She holds an MBA in Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services.

A true entrepreneur with all the associated qualities, Reina upholds the highest ethical management standards and works with a team of dedicated and innovative professionals, field experts and advisors to make a strategic difference for each client. She is passionate about community building on the ground and online, and can be found on LinkedIn. She holds sessions via Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or good old-fashion telephone.

Fun Fact: Reina is an avid reader, gardening fanatic, and legit Environmental Steward, with a certificate from Rutgers University to prove it! When she is not taking care of her beautiful garden, she is traveling around the country on her RV (zompopo). In her words: “any excuse to be out of the house or the office to enjoy the beauty of nature.”
